If you check your updates on your site, you should see that Quiz Master Next has a new update. I know that it has been a little while since the last update but we plan on getting back to our 2 per month update cycle starting with this update. So, what is in this update?
First, we set it up that if you have pagination and the quiz is timed, the timer now doesn’t start until after the user goes to the first question. Many of you have been asking for this for quite some time so I am glad that we finally were able to get this one out.
We also added a new variable of %TIMER_MINUTES% which is similar to %TIMER% except that it is shown in minutes instead of seconds.
We also added a page indicator when you have pagination in your quiz. So, it will now say “2/5” when the user is on the second page of 5. You can style this new element using the “qmn_page_counter_message” class which is assigned to the surrounding span.
We also fixed a range of bugs. The main bug we fixed was when you didn’t ask for contact info at the beginning and didn’t have beginning text. The plugin would show a blank page if you had the quiz set up for pagination. Now, the plugin removes the blank page!
