- The refund request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any refund request after the 14-day period will not be entertained.

- The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if a breach of terms or fraud is suspected.
- The refund process takes around 5 to 7 business days to be completed.
- The refund will be made through the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
- We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the refund.
We offer a hassle-free refund policy, but please note that refunds are limited to one per customer/account. Multiple refund requests from the same customer/account will not be honored. This helps us prevent misuse of the refund system and continue offering great service to all our users.

Refunds on Lifetime Plans
Due to the nature of lifetime access, purchases of lifetime bundles or licenses are non-refundable. We encourage customers to start with a monthly or annual plan to evaluate the product before committing to a lifetime license. If you choose to upgrade to a lifetime plan later, the unused value of your current subscription will be pro-rated and applied toward the upgrade — ensuring no financial loss for trying a smaller plan first.
As part of our policy, we don’t offer refunds for auto-renewals. However, we’ll send you friendly reminder emails before your subscription renews. If you have custom requirements on compatibility with a specific plugin then this will be considered as a one-of-a-kind feature request which is handled by our partners at JustHyre and the customer will have to bear the cost of the customization.
